Is RewardGuru free to use?
Yes, RewardGuru is completely free to use. You don't have to pay anything to browse deals, use coupons, or join the community.
Is RewardGuru safe and legit?
Yes. We only link to official retailer pages (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) for deals and coupons. We never ask for your bank details, passwords, or sensitive information.
How does RewardGuru make money?
We may earn a small affiliate commission when you make a purchase through some of our deal links. This doesn't cost you anything extra — the price you pay stays the same.
Do I need to create an account to use RewardGuru?
You can browse deals without an account, but you'll need to sign up to post deals, earn Reward Points, vote, comment, or redeem rewards.

How often are new deals added?
New deals and coupons are added regularly, so check back often or follow us for updates.
Why isn't a coupon code working?
Coupon codes can expire or be limited to certain products, minimum order values, or user groups. Always check the terms mentioned with the deal before applying the code.
Can I submit a deal I found?
Yes! Any registered user can submit a deal. Submitting deals also earns you Reward Points.
Which stores does RewardGuru cover?
We currently feature deals from major platforms like Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, and more, with new stores being added over time.
Reward Points (RP) System
What are Reward Points (RP)?
RP are points you earn by contributing to the RewardGuru community — posting deals, referring friends, voting, commenting, and sharing verified tips.
How do I earn Reward Points?
You earn RP through actions like:
- Posting a deal
- Referring a friend
- Voting on deals
- Commenting
- Sharing verified tips
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
RP can be redeemed for Amazon or Flipkart e-gift vouchers once you reach the minimum threshold.
What is the minimum RP needed to redeem?
The minimum is 150 RP, which is worth ₹20. You can redeem up to 1000 RP for ₹180 in e-gift vouchers.
Can I buy, sell, or transfer my Reward Points?
No. RP has no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred to another user. It can only be redeemed for e-gift vouchers through your own account.
Do Reward Points expire?
No, Reward Points never expire. You can keep collecting them and redeem whenever you reach the minimum threshold.

How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the steps to reset it using your registered email address.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion anytime by emailing support@rewardguru.in. Please note that any unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited once the account is deleted.

Do I need to pay to redeem Reward Points?
No, redemption is completely free. Points are simply converted to e-gift voucher value once you hit the minimum threshold.
Is RewardGuru available as a mobile app?
Not yet — RewardGuru is currently available as a website only. We may launch a mobile app in the future.
Can I use RewardGuru outside India?
Currently, RewardGuru focuses on deals and stores available in India (Amazon India, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
Will I get notified about new deals?

Why do some deals show different prices than the store?
Prices can change quickly on the retailer's site. Always confirm the final price on the store page before completing your purchase.
Can businesses list their own deals on RewardGuru?
Yes, businesses interested in listing deals or partnering with us can reach out at support@rewardguru.in.
Do I need to verify my email to use RewardGuru?
Yes, email verification is required to activate your account and start earning or redeeming Reward Points.
What happens if I refer a friend?
When your referred friend signs up and stays active, you earn Reward Points as a thank-you for growing the community.
Can I have more than one account?
No, each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts may lead to forfeiture of Reward Points.
How long does it take to receive my e-gift voucher after redemption?
Once you redeem your Reward Points, your e-gift voucher is typically processed and sent to your registered email within a few business days.
Are all deals verified by RewardGuru?
We do our best to verify deals before they go live, but prices and availability are controlled by the retailer and can change at any time.
